MerlionKids provides excellent exposure in work with local and overseas networks of colleagues and staff may request to work at our overseas branches when arrangements could be appropriately made. As an organisation with overseas branches, training will be provided together alongside overseas colleagues. Staff members will also have a chance to understand overseas operational matters and differences in education policies. Priorities will also be given to staff member who wants to franchise our brand with their preferred location.
